Columbus Day Parade on Shrewsbury Street

My son Jay had a great day at the parade today. He

said to me tonight," thanks for inviting me". Jay was the

picture taker today! I think he did a wonderful job! Thanks Jay!

Jay has my same love for cars and trucks as you can tell by

his pictures.

Glass artisan Nick Mazzamurro

I am carrying a line of dichroic glass jewelry in the studio.
It is had made by glass artisan Nick Mazzamurro. His work is
incredible. Even though it is one of the most difficult works
to photograph I gave it my best. You really have to see it
in the right light (not over exposed). It is beautiful and takes
a really long time to make!

Hard to see in the pictures but some of my favorites are the

matte finish glass pieces that make up bracelets!

At the reception I did three different height pilsner vases
with each arrangement slightly different in design .

Maid of Honor bouquet- beautiful shades of purples complimented

the deep purple eggplant color of the dresses.

Chocksett Inn Wedding

The wedding this past weekend consisted of all purple flowers.

I used dendrobian orchids, roses, lizianthus, phlox, alstroemeria,

hydrangea, cymbidium orchids, and dahlias.

The bride carried a beautiful bouquet of white freesia, white

cymbidium orchids, white roses, white and light purple calla

lilies.

It was great to have my new friend Alice from the IMAGERY studio

take pictures for me on opening night. Her photography studio

is also located on shrewsbury street. What great talent!

It was a great turnout for the opening last Friday. I estimate
we had over 100 people throughout the night.
It was great to see so many of my friends and clients.

Alice from the IMAGERY studio was there to take some
pictures for me. I'll post them as soon as I get them.
I am doing a wedding this weekend at the Chocksett Inn
in Sterling. I promise I will not forget the camera!
