I am doing it again! Moving! For the past 2 years I have been
wanting to move to Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. After looking
at various spaces that were either too expensive or needed too much
work, I had pretty much given up last fall when I moved to Wachusett
in Holden. Our new address will be 167 Shrewsbury Street just down from Piccolo's Restaurant and directly across from Mez Cal.
We will start making changes to the interior in June. I plan to be operating there by July.

Easter and Passover flowers have arrived!

4:30 AM was tough this morning! 30 years ago I would pop out
of bed, shower and be out the door in 20 minutes. Now it takes
a little longer! I will admit there is no better place to be so early
in the morning. It is beautiful!
Stocked and ready for a busy weekend!!! Love the colors!!!

My new etched glass sign

I finally had time today to hang my new sign!! It was made
for me by Nick Mazzamurro, a glass artist. Nick used a piece of
green mirror glass which he sand blasted free hand.
Nice job Nick and many thanks!!!!

Martin Luther King JR. Business Empowerment Event @ Union Station

Tonight's function at Union Station in Worcester was a fundraiser
for the Martin Luther King JR. Business Empowerment Center.
The venue lent itself to pieces of height and drama. I chose
to use tall pilsner vases and keep the flower selection clean
& simple yet impressive! It is great to be a part of the new beginning
for Union Station as as an event venue!

Prep for this weekend

This weekend I am using calla lilies, hydrangea, white
dendrobian orchids, bells of Ireland and curly willow
and assorted funky foliage in tall pilsner vases.
Can't wait to have pictures of the tables. Hope to have them
posted by Sunday!

March usually a slow month

My plan for March was to "get caught up" ! Now it is April.
Usually March is a slow month for functions. And it was.
Instead I did tons of funeral flowers. In one week we did
6 family funerals. As you can see from the pictures I don't do
typical funeral styles. I keep the flower selection up beat.

Love can’t wait! Just the two of you or a celebration with your closest family and friends.  We offer elopement flowers and flowers for curr...
